"They are genuinely too nice the worker Chaurise Moore is the best she saw has a big ball of energy and she is so fun to be around I could always go to Sakura Japan and get boba over there since it closed to my bus stop but I take my time instead to get this boba cause it is genuinely the best."

"The guy that works there is amazing, patient and nice! By far the only employee that actually make sure he’s getting the orders correct. He’s amazing! The owner made my drink a month or so ago & gave me the wrong bubbles I asked for regular and she ended up giving me brown sugar and said can I come back the next day she will give me a free one lol long story short she wasn’t there the next day because I bring my daughter to this location and she was too lazy to fix my drink the day she messed it up. I get she was overwhelmed by working alone and having a lot of people ordering but she has to do better as an OWNER! I have a business myself and it’s a lot of things I do not do because you have to be professional."
